By purchasing any service from me, Aynora, you enter into a legally binding agreement governed by these Terms of Use. This agreement outlines the rights, responsibilities, and obligations between you (the “Client”) and me as an independent service provider. Please read them carefully. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

 

1. Collaboration & Communication

1.1 – Service Delivery:
I strive to deliver the highest quality logo and branding services in a timely manner. Clear communication and detailed feedback are essential for a successful collaboration. Once a deliverable is approved, it is considered final and no further revisions will be accepted.

1.2 – Logo Design Process & Deliverables:

  • All logos are created as original works

  • Final delivery includes multiple formats (AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG)

  • Basic brand guidelines including color codes, typography, and spacing requirements

  • Full copyright ownership transfer upon final payment

  • Unlimited usage rights across all mediums

1.3 – Design Originality:
I do not use templates, pre-made designs, or stock graphics in the logo creation process. Each design is created specifically for your brand.

1.4 – Support:
All communication and support are provided via email, live chat, or messages. Calls are not included.

1.5 – Client Delays After Signup:
Work begins as soon as you complete the onboarding questionnaire. Failure to complete it does not entitle you to a refund.

1.6 – Copyright and Ownership:
Upon full payment, you (the Client) receive:

  • Complete ownership of your logo design

  • All intellectual property rights

  • The right to register trademarks

  • Freedom to use the logo for any commercial or non-commercial purpose

  • The right to modify the design
    Once full payment is received, I waive all rights to the final design.

2. Refund Policy

I offer a satisfaction guarantee — if you’re not happy with the results, you don’t pay. I trust clients to request a refund only if the work did not meet expectations.

3. Designer Obligations

3.1 – I provide services according to my standard policies and procedures and may decline projects at my discretion.

3.2 – My rules, policies, and pricing may change at any time.

4. Fees & Payment

4.1 – Fees are payable in full, in advance. A valid payment method is required. By purchasing, you authorize me to charge the agreed fees.

4.2 – All charges are paid in advance.

4.3 – You may cancel at any time, but refunds are subject to the policy stated above.

5. Indemnity

You (the Client) agree to indemnify me against any claims, costs, or damages arising from the use of the delivered designs or from a breach of this Agreement.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

6.1 – Upon completion and full payment:

  • You receive full ownership rights to the final design

  • You may register it as a trademark

  • You may use it in any medium or format

  • You may modify or adapt it as needed

  • I retain the right to showcase the design in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed

6.2 – Until final payment is received:

  • I retain all rights to the designs

  • You may not use any of the proposed designs

  • All preliminary drafts remain my property

7. Limitation of Liability

My liability is limited to the amount you paid for my services. I am not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Confidentiality Agreement (NDA)

I commit to keeping all your confidential information (such as business details and proprietary data) secure. Such information will only be used to deliver services and will not be shared with third parties except when necessary and under confidentiality obligations.

9. Payment Disputes

All charges are presumed accurate unless disputed within 14 days. Disputes pause all work and refunds. I encourage resolving issues directly before filing disputes.

10. Miscellaneous

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and me as an independent designer. Any amendments must be made in writing. If a clause is found invalid, the remainder still applies.
